WORKSHOPS

04.07 | 16:15 – 18:30 Sweet. Wild. Real.
  • Tent

Dark & Sweet practices open the door to the more hidden, intense and deeply alive inner experiences of a human being.
During the practices, we will consciously explore the dynamics between tension, vulnerability, desire, control, softness and authenticity through presence, contact and body awareness.
The workshop weaves together practical psychology, elements of shadow work and tantra-inspired experiential exercises that help you notice your boundaries, defence mechanisms and deeper life force.
This is a space for honesty, playfulness and self-discovery without masks.
The workshop is especially suitable if you wish to experience a deeper connection with yourself and others in a safe, consciously held environment.

05.07 | 11:45 – 14:00 The King and Queen – Are You Ready to Sit on the Throne?
  • Big hall

At the heart of this workshop is a meeting with your own inner strength, dignity and charisma. Through practical exercises and conscious self-exploration, you will discover how to lead yourself with greater clarity, maturity and authenticity.
We will explore the balance between masculine and feminine energy, boundaries, magnetism and the inner quality that does not need to prove itself or wear borrowed masks.
The question is: are you ready to receive your own royalty?
