What fascinates me the most in this world is the Art of Living, Life and human being as a mystery.
Yoga came to my life over ten years ago when I took my first kundalini yoga class. This was the beginning of a deep recognition and yoga became an integral part of my life. I also studied at the Karam Kriya school to become a teacher of kundalini yoga.
Tantra studies came as a continuation of the yogic lifestyle, which has given me the opportunity to study sexuality and its important role in human life and spiritual development. I have studied both neotantra and classical tantra. I am going on the journey of traditional tantra under the guidance of Guruji Rajkumar, a teacher of the Shivoham tantra lineage in India.
I have studied at the Holistic Institute, attended the Branon Bays Journey Therapy seminar program, completed the 4-year curriculum at the school of Transpersonal Psychology and Hypnotherapy “Conscious Me”. I am currently studying in my second year of body psychotherapy. Thus, I have combined the ancient knowledge of yoga and tantra about the connection between the human soul and body with the modern wisdom of psychology.
I bring my experience and knowledge together in therapy sessions to show people their potential to live a happy and healthy life and realize their dreams. I organize yogic and tantric workshops, I am especially interested in creating women’s courses to reconnect women with the primal female energy, Shakti.
