I am Kaupo, 48 years old, a sauna master from the forests and lakes of Aegviidu. My children are already grown up, my daughter is 19 years old and my son is 25 years old.
Four years of being a supporter at the Estonian Tantra Festival. My mission today is to help people quiet their minds from external noise and reconnect with themselves. Turn the consciousness inward when emotions have taken over. Be safe, sweet soul.
In 2009 I embarked on a journey of self-development. I have been connected with sauna all my life. My childhood memories also start from the sauna, when my father and mother used to take a sauna every Saturday. I saw and experienced the cleanliness and love between my parents. I have collected sauna wisdom from all over the world. I lived in Finland for 10 years and returned to my home country in 2020, where there was proper chaos, as there was all over the world. I began to work on human mental and physical health through sauna rituals and winter rituals. I also shared my knowledge of sauna culture. Today, the sauna is part of my everyday and work life. I do sauna rituals for men, women and couples. Also private rituals. My hand extensions are freshly made sauna whisks and a special sauna towel. Whether it’s at a festival or a spa, a friend’s sauna or a summer holiday, through the sauna I bring people closer to a connection with themselves. For a few months a year, I disappear to the other side of the world. My great passion is travelling, an immeasurable wealth that no bank can take away from you. An experience that will stay with me forever. My daily routine includes a conscious diet, morning yoga, adequate exercise and proper sleep. I take care of the balance of my mental and physical body and share this knowledge with others.
