Katrin Lucas began her tantra journey in 2010, which set her on a fast track of personal development. In 2011, she trained as a yoga teacher at Agama Yoga School and became a Tantra teacher in 2013.
Since the summer of 2013, Katrin has worked in Estonia as a Conscious Sexuality Counselor and trainer, and has also conducted the Conscious Sexuality Therapist Training for 7 years. Katrin is a mother to her three amazing children and a wife to one wonderful man.
She believes that our “reality” is a projection of our subconscious onto the movie screen of our life. She believes that our “reality” is a projection of our subconscious onto the movie screen of our life. For almost all of us, our inner world needs a lot of healing. We need a new approach to life and how we shape the future society, i.e., our children. For Katrin, every aspect of life needs a conscious approach. We can no longer act out of inertia but need to understand how one activity or another affects people and the world around us.
Katrin’s greatest teachers have been her children and her romantic relationships. Today, she wishes to approach all aspects of a romantic relationship with deep awareness so that we can experience long-lasting, satisfying, and happy relationships from which healthy children can grow.
Katrin has recently developed a 7-step couple therapy due to her own relationship crises, which helps couples come to greater understanding and support, aiding each other in healing. She also shares a mini-version of this training at the festival.
Katrin has also written a book titled “Ava Oma Silmad” (Open Your Eyes) and created a guided meditation app “PuhasValgus” (Pure Light) Meditations.
