Helena Eslon is an Estonian woman who grew up, studied and started a family in Finland. Today she is based in both countries.
With her she brings traditional herbs, rooted songs, connected circular breath work, energy work with the body and womb space, as well deep curiosity in the area of cultural and social sustainability – how to adapt in rapidly changing times through wellbeing.
“I am restoring what has been forgotten. Learning from indigenous cultures has led me to my own roots, my own culture, my body and ability to be my own medicine. Healing myself means healing everything around me as well.”
