Returning to yourself

We often look for answers outside ourselves, even though what we truly need is a way back home. For me, meditation became that path — a way to slow down, relax, and learn a new relationship with both myself and the world.

Meditation teaches presence. It helps us let go of old patterns and reconnect with our natural balance. Over time, it became clear to me that meditation is one of the most direct ways to support the nervous system and restore inner harmony.

How the path began

My meditation journey started in 2014 when I visited the OSHO International Meditation Center in Pune, India — the largest meditation center in the world. That experience shifted something deeply inside me and redirected my life away from management and business toward a completely new path.

Meditation opened the door to personal awakening and to a way of living that felt more authentic and alive.

Teaching and learning

Over the years I have had the opportunity to learn from many teachers, including Veet Mano, Wannaquot, Anil Chandwani, and Sudheer P. Niet. Today I facilitate meditation courses in Estonia and India.

Alongside meditation techniques and meditative therapies, my work also includes clinical hypnosis, self-hypnosis, and long-term exploration of emotional release and inner transformation.

In 2014, I founded the Osho Meditation Center in Estonia. During the past seven years I have offered international training for meditation facilitators, supporting around 250 meditation guides in Estonia on their own journeys.

Presence as practice

In addition to Osho techniques, I completed Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening, deepening my understanding of presence-based teaching.

I also offer Kobido Japanese facial massage sessions and trainings. Asian practices have always fascinated me because they work not only with the physical body but also with energy and inner awareness.

For me, all of these paths connect through one common intention — helping people find calm, intuition, and inner balance in the midst of modern life.

Meditation today

Meditation is not about escaping life, but learning how to be fully present in it. Meditativeness is a state of relaxed awareness — a quiet intelligence that arises when we observe without judgement.

There are many ways to enter this state, and in my work I enjoy sharing both active and still approaches, combining theory with practical experience so participants can feel real change, not just understand it mentally.

WORKSHOPS

03.07 | 08:00 – 09:30 Osho Dynamic Meditation
  • Tent

OSHO Active Meditations were created for the modern person, taking into account the intensity and speed of today’s lifestyle.
These methods include movement, conscious chaos, and body expression to help release accumulated tension and mental noise. By engaging the body fully, participants can reach a meditative state more quickly and naturally.
The practice offers a powerful way to break old body-mind patterns and experience freedom, silence, and inner clarity beyond them.

05.07 | 11:45 – 14:00 Beyond the Mind
  • Small hall

This workshop combines mindfulness and energy-opening techniques designed to bring awareness into everyday life. Through simple and practical methods, participants learn how to stay connected to their intuition, work with their energy and not get lost in thoughts and emotions.

The practices are short, direct and immediately experiential — offering tools that can be continued independently after the workshop.
