This privacy policy describes how Learn2Be OÜ (registry code 16582369, address Vesineitsi tn 4, Tänassilma küla, Saku vald, Harju maakond 76406, Estonia) collects, uses and protects personal data on the websites tantrafest.ee and tantrafest.eu (hereinafter “the Website”).

1. Personal data we collect
Through the Website we may collect the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (when buying a ticket or applying as a facilitator)
- Gender (for registering for a pre-event)
- Facilitator applicant details: public name, country, teaching languages, website and social media links, a description of experience and descriptions of the proposed sessions
- Ticket order details: order number, ticket types and amount
The data is collected in the following ways:
- Pre-event registration form – to organise your participation in the event and to communicate with you
- Newsletter subscription form – to add you to our email list
- Facilitator application form – to select the festival’s facilitators and to communicate with applicants
- Ticket purchase – tickets are sold on the Fienta platform, and Fienta’s terms apply to the purchase. Fienta passes the order details to us (email address, phone number and order contents) so that we can organise the festival.
2. Purpose of processing
The personal data we collect is used for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries
- Communicating with you
- Organising registrations for pre-events
- Selecting the festival’s facilitators and organising our cooperation with them
- Managing ticket orders and organising the festival
- Sending newsletters and notifications (only if you have given your consent)
- Analysing the use of the Website and marketing activities (only with your consent)
- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing based on ticket sales, in pseudonymised form (see section 6)
- Protecting the Website and its forms against spam and abuse
3. Legal basis
Personal data is processed:
- on the basis of your consent
- where necessary, to perform a contract or to take steps prior to entering into one (e.g. a ticket purchase or a facilitator application)
- on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure and in measuring the effectiveness of ticket sales using pseudonymised data
4. Data retention
Personal data is kept only for as long as it is needed:
- to keep in contact with you
- to fulfil obligations arising from law (e.g. accounting obligations related to ticket purchases)
- while your newsletter subscription is active
- for facilitator applications, during the selection process and any cooperation that follows
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
5. Sharing data with third parties
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except:
- where required by law
- where necessary for technical services to work (e.g. the email platform, web analytics or marketing services)
We use the following service providers:
- Veebimajutus.ee – website hosting
- Cloudflare – content delivery network and website security
- Sender.net – sending newsletters
- Fienta – ticket sales
- Google – web analytics (Google Analytics) and spam protection (reCAPTCHA)
- Meta – marketing measurement (Meta Pixel)
6. Google Analytics
The websites tantrafest.ee and tantrafest.eu use Google Analytics to collect statistical information about how the Website is used (e.g. number of visits, page views, devices used).
Google Analytics may collect the following data:
- IP address (usually in anonymised form)
- general location data
- type of device and browser
- time and duration of the visit
This data is used to develop the Website and to improve the user experience. On the Website, Google Analytics is activated only with your consent. Google processes the data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
When a ticket is purchased, we send a purchase event to Google Analytics from our server: the order number, amount, VAT and ticket types. To link the purchase, a pseudonymous identifier derived from the buyer’s email address is used. The email address itself and other contact details are not sent to Google. This lets us measure which marketing leads to ticket sales.
7. Meta Pixel
The Website uses Meta Pixel technology to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and to show relevant ads.
Meta Pixel may collect the following data:
- pages visited and actions taken on the Website
- device and browser information
- data collected through cookies
Meta Pixel is activated only with your consent. Meta processes the data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
8. Google reCAPTCHA
The newsletter and pre-event registration forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps tell people apart from automated requests. reCAPTCHA loads when you use a form and may collect your IP address, device and browser information and information about your activity on the page. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
9. Cookies
The Website uses cookies to make sure it works correctly, to analyse how it is used and to provide marketing content.
Non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics and marketing) are activated only with your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.
