Sessions run between 1 h 30 min and 2 h 15 min, and morning sessions are shorter. We assign the day, time and space (big hall, small hall or large tent) based on the session and your participant limit; sauna sessions are scheduled separately.

General terms for facilitators

1–4 July 2027 · Laitse Graniitvilla. The same text is emailed to you with your application.

1. Selection

Facilitators propose up to four sessions. The programme team selects up to two per facilitator and confirms the choice in writing. The team may ask for changes to a session's format, intensity or participant limit before confirming it.

2. Programme and schedule

Sessions run between 1 h 30 min and 2 h 15 min; morning sessions are shorter. The festival assigns the day, time and space for each session, and may make changes to the programme. Facilitators are asked to be present for the whole festival where possible, and to arrive at the space where they hold their session at least fifteen minutes before it begins.

3. Accommodation and meals

Confirmed facilitators receive a festival pass, shared accommodation at Laitse Graniitvilla and all festival meals.

4. Marketing commitment

Facilitators share festival information with their own audience before the festival.

5. Consent and conduct

Every session names what will happen before it happens, and participation in any exercise is optional. Facilitators follow the festival's consent guidelines.

6. Photo and video

Estonian Tantra Festival is a camera- and smartphone-free festival. The festival photographs public areas and selected sessions with prior notice. Facilitators grant the festival the right to use their name, photo and session descriptions in festival communication.

7. Cancellation

If you need to withdraw, tell us as early as possible so we can replace the session in the programme. The festival may cancel a session for reasons of safety, capacity or force majeure.
